Most blue-collar SMBs are dabbling with AI - a little Copilot here, a few tools there- but seeing exactly $0 in real results. Meanwhile, competitors are already automating low-precision work, reclaiming 10–20 hours per employee per week, and tightening their margins.
If your business doesn’t have a clear AI plan this quarter, you’re already behind.
The 6-Week Business AI Accelerator gives you immediate, practical wins, a leadership-ready AI roadmap, and a team that actually knows how to use AI in their daily work. And it sets you up for the custom automations we help you build next - where the real ROI lives.
A Clear, Prioritized AI Roadmap - Built From Your Workflows
We don't hand you generic recommendations. We jump straight into your day-to-day workflows, your bottlenecks, your processes, your systems - and show you exactly where AI will save hours, reduce errors, and lift margins. Tailored, not theoretical.
2
A Trained, Confident Team
Your people learn the specific tools and use cases that matter for blue-collar operations - not techy fluff, but real-life applications that make their jobs easier starting day one.
3
Quick Wins
We target your highest-friction workflows and deliver fast improvements in manual work, documentation, reporting, communication, and admin. Visible wins that build buy-in immediately.
4
Leadership Clarity
You get the "You Are Here → What's Next" strategy that leadership can act on - including ROI expectations, priority workflows, and the next 12 months of AI opportunities unique to your business.
5
The Foundation for Real Automations
Most AI programs end with ideas. We go further. After the Accelerator, we help you build the custom automations, agents, and micro-tools we identify - so you get lasting ROI, not another slide deck.
This isn't AI training. It's the first step in redesigning how your business actually works - starting with the workflows that matter most.
The sooner you start, the sooner the savings compound. Sessions are short, focused, and supported by office hours—minimal prep, maximum progress.
"What about data privacy?"
We align with your IT standards. We coach lightweight guardrails (human-in-the-loop for external comms, auditability, and "no sensitive data to public tools" boundaries).
"Our team isn't technical."
No problem. We show you how to use off-the-shelf tools and role-specific patterns; people learn by seeing their own workflows improved.
"We tried AI and it didn't stick."
Most attempts fail from poor fit and change fatigue. We focus on everyday, high-leverage work and document a path your team actually believes in.
"Build vs. buy?"
Buy where proven tools cover most of the job; add light integrations/agents for the messy last mile. Your durable advantage is organizing your data.
From exploring subatomic particles at the Large Hadron Collider to crafting AI solutions that transform agriculture and construction, my journey has always been about pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As a former physicist and experienced product leader, I blend scientific rigor with strategic thinking to develop AI-driven products that set new benchmarks for innovation. I've had the privilege of leading teams and initiatives in a variety of organizations, including the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii) where I was positioning companies at the forefront of the AI revolution. Whether it's architecting robust AI strategies, launching comprehensive AI programs, or driving AI adoption across sectors an businesses—I'm passionate about leveraging technology to redefine business landscapes. When I'm not diving into the world of AI, I'm a father who enjoys sharing the wonders of science and technology with my family.
I'm an entrepreneur at heart. Over the years, I've built businesses ranging from CPG products, like pasture-raised goose meat for the high-end market, to training large language models to extract accurate answers from agricultural equipment manuals, and even creating a marketplace for farmers, agronomists, and ag businesses. I've always loved using technology to simplify life. I'm a firm believer that tech exists to eleviate mundane tasks, freeing up time for what really matters. Somewhere between these ventures, I also managed to complete a master's degree in On-Farm Research and Agronomy.I'm an entrepreneur at heart.
